About Sarah Jo

SJA Interiors is led by Sarah Jo Aversano, a licensed commercial and residential designer with over a decade of experience in interiors and fine furniture design. She has led projects across the United States from New York to Miami to L.A. including high end residential, luxury high rise condominiums, restaurants and retail. An NCIDQ certified interior designer for more than a decade, Sarah graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an emphasis in sustainability and green design.​

My Holistic Design Philosophy

There is an organic connection between the environment, an interior space and the people that inhabit it. My creative philosophy centers around balancing the aesthetics of a space with the functional and wellness needs of the user and the requirements of ecologically responsible design. An interior space is alive and should be designed to grow freely.
